Welcome to Grade 5!
Welcome to Grade 5C! I’m thrilled to start this year with you. This is my 11th year teaching—and my 8th in Grade 5. I began in Grade 3, spent one wonderful year at SCA, then enjoyed several years at Fort Christian before journeying back closer to home here at SCA Elementary. Outside of school, you’ll find me with my amazing wife Joelle (a physiotherapist), our lively Rhodesian Ridgeback, Cooper, or enjoying the outdoors—whether that’s golfing, mountain biking, hiking, or skiing. My heart for teaching is to show the love of Christ, help students build a God-fearing foundation, and instill the skills and character needed for lifelong success. In 5C, we’ll challenge our minds, grow in wisdom, have some fun and keep learning relevant and meaningful—because school should be a place where faith and curiosity thrive together.
